「This hotel is a gem. They provide a very welcoming and homey getaway. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops. Parking on-site. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plentiful breakfast. (Love the baked pears!) Coffee and tea station available at all times. 「Paid parking which was crazy with it being off season and 10 cars in the lot. Stained carpeting in the room was a turn off. The hotel was under construction so it was noisy. Great location 」

The room was lovely for a single traveler and dog. It was especially nice being in a residential neighborhood with the canal right outside the doorstep, lovely scenery, easy walking distance to Rehoboth Beach Perfect four-day vacation to clear the mind with easy access to all that you would want in...

「The hotel is definitely aging and needs some care. The soap dish had fallen off in the shower and was not replaced (and there was no other shelf), so there was nowhere to put a bar of soap except on the shower floor. The air conditioning unit was also VERY noisy, which made it hard to sleep. The room was clean, but a bottle of tilex was left in the bathroom by the cleaning staff.」
