「The hotel is located on the north side of Banff town, right along the main road (the town basically has one main north–south street), with a bus stop directly in front, which makes it very convenient. The hotel has two small outdoor hot pools with a beautiful snowy mountain backdrop — a very nice experience. 「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「Our guest room is in Annex building, which was flooded a few days before we came. The service crew were pumping the water from the flooded basement all day long, making loud noise. No elevator available for that reason too. The parking lot is rather small. Each car parking space is very small too. You will have a hard time to park a large vehicle. No everyday service, but you can ask for fresh towel」
