"The room was tidied up daily which was really nice. Free bus passes were available at the reception desk and the bus stop was in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The washing machines take coins only (loonies and toonies) but there were none available in the hotel or convenience store. It would be helpful if the washing machines were operated by Apple Pay. We had an upstairs bedroom. It would be helpful to add a few night lights for safety."

"Everything was great . Very friendly staff. Great room. The only downfall was the dishwasher was very loud and the board games were missing pieces. Will definitely come back again"

"Such a beautiful hotel! We saw elk crossing the bow river from our room! The shuttle to downtown was convenient. Every drink and meal we had was excellent. Worth staying here for at least a few nights!!!"
