「First of all, Expedia needs to update the description of the property, its not a hotel, it doesnt have a casino or a spa. However, its a well kept and clean modern apartment building in a safe area, close to the night life, good restaurants, beaches. I was in unit 20, Jessica was very pleasant and accommodating, the unit was modern, clean, roomy and very comfortable. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.」

「We have stayed at the Barceló 4-5 times. The staff are amazing and the food has improved tremendously since post Pandemic. I will say my husband and I are highly disappointed that the Barcelo no longer maintains the water features for the iguanas next to the buffet due to an ignorant guest that decided to hand feed an iguana, supposedly was bitten and then said they were going to sue the Barcelo. I truly believe the Barcelo should be supportive of the iguanas since they are native to Aruba and...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「We had a beautiful view of the beach! The staff at the hotel and at both restaurants were incredible. Everyone seemed happy and everyone was super helpful! I wish I could remember everyone's names . . . Billy, Jennifer, I think Lawerence, the gentleman playing the steel drums, several super lovely staff at Passions too!」

「Everything about our stay was fantastic. The only complaint I might have is the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. The blinds needed to be dusted and when the daily cleaners came in, all they did was make the beds and replenish towels. They didn't clean the bathroom mirror, the shower or the floors. I would recommend Eagle Aruba to everyone!! 」
