「Great staff. Facilities are old and lack of maintaince. 」

「Very pretty/ friendly/ spacious/ clean property. It’s not on the beach but they bus you back and forth. Walkable to great restaurants. The furniture is old in the rooms but functions well. Mattress was very good ( not old). The 2 pools and pool bar are very nice. Very good restaurant onsite. They opened a market/spa onsite. My husband and I had couples massages. I would recommend.」

「The adult pool was closed but was not relayed prior to our arrival. We had to share a pool with families and small children the whole week which made it hard to relax. The resort is also part of their vacation timeshare, and we were coerced into meeting with someone whose job was to book us a demo of their timeshare.」

「The rooms are extremely outdated. Also, the check in line was ridiculously long and children were already restless. It took 2 hours to check in past the anticipated 4pm check in time (which is late itself). Rooms didn’t get cleaned at all throughout the week just new towels provided. 「Our stay at the Hilton Aruba was great. Gorgeous grounds. Great staffs. Love Maria in Laguna restaurant for breakfast. Our room was okay. I am convinced that I didn’t get the room that we booked. I booked garden/ partial ocean view. We got a view of the Riu hotel. I was very annoyed that the Hilton charge for umbrellas on the beach. I think the amount of money, one paid to stay at your resort should be included. Overall our vacation was great. Prepare to spend money in Aruba. It’s not cheap.....

「Everything was great except for a baggage carrier - cart- needed to transport bags to rooms. Needed liquid soap, abd brillo pads. Purchased both during my stay. Beautiful garden and pool area. Excellent location away from the tourist madness. Peaceful. Other guest and staff was very friendly. Definitely will revisit and recommend to friends.」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The staff was more than accommodating. They were attentive to our needs upon check in and when checking out we still had a few hours before we left for the airport. My son had medication that needed to be refrigerated, and the staff gladly took care to refrigerate the medicine until we left.
