「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「1st night there we woke up to our room and a lot of other guest rooms flooding. Still not sure where the water came from. They moved all the guest to a different tower and after requesting some type of accountability because our luggage got wet, they finally gave a free breakfast for two days. Other than that, the property was absolutely beautiful and the center of all the fun on the strip! 」

「Embassy Suites is a beautiful place to stay. Great Amenities, awesome pool and friendly staff. The only small problem that we encountered was that we were not able to receive incoming phone calls ( from the concierge or from room to room) did not ring in our room and was not fixed until the day that we left. However, that did not diminish the amazing time that we had at Embassy Suites!!!」

「Great location and the rooms are large with a nice kitchen. Swimming pool is nice and clean too. Passions restaurant has great food. Staff is friendly and attentive. I would love to go back again. 」

「We stayed one week in one of the wagons, and enjoyed it very much. Our wagon was intimate, but very unique. It is a truly beautiful and cozy place, something out of the ordinary. As long as you understand that this is not your mainstream resort, you’ll have a good time. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is super. The breakfast was great, and we used the outdoor kitchen a few times. It’s a bit rugged, but nice. It is very useful to have a car to get around. 」

「We stayed in a mini suite in the back part of the property. The design of the suite was very thoughtful. Each small item in the suite was something a guest would likely need but nothing more.
