So much less crowded than the private hotel beaches in Palm Beach, which were small and crowded. For me, the problem was with front desk, activities coordinator and bell hop service. They were not responsive to our questions and needs. They did not warn us of a potentially dangerous location we were asking to go to. Also the hotel needs to provide more shuttle options to...

「Good location in the high rise hotel section. Near the end so a bit of a walk to the restaurants. Nice and quiet beach. Rooms a bit outdated and pool was dirty at times. Several tiles surrounding pool were racked and unsightly. Employees were nice and food was good. 」
