「Great! But not enough activities 」

「Staff at Mammaloe’s was outstanding helpful in every way. Cabins are rustic , quaint, and comfortable. It is about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown and about 6 minute drive to the beach——- helpful to have a car. We loved being there.」

「Rather mixed experience for our stay. Restaurants had delicious food and great live music every night, but service was hit or miss. Several problems with our stay - we had a $600 resort credit, which the property only honored $25 of at checkout, there were never enough chairs and umbrellas at the beach, several umbrellas and covers at the pool were groped so they wouldn’t stay up, and the pools and jacuzzis were completely unheated so too cold to enjoy. These problems might have been tolerable...

「A perfect spot if you feel like you want an escape away from the busy tourist areas. You will need a car, but it is nicely centrally located so it felt easy to visit attractions on every corner of the island. The hosts were very communicative, but also felt like I had total privacy. The kitchenette was nice for basic cooking. Plunge pool was a very nice touch. Overall a great value!」

「My room smelled sooo bad. It smelled like a dog was in the room prior to me occupying it. I called the front desk multiple times in which they tried to resolve the issue by spraying the floors with a freshener. That solution worked for all is 15 minutes. I was just shocked that the Ritz Carlton’s rooms smelled bad especially since the hotel was known for having a really nice fragrance. 」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

「Great place to have as a base to explore Aruba. It is quiet, safe, clean, modern, well furnished, private. Parking was safe and in an enclosed area. Pool was refreshing after a day at the beach or visiting Aruba. Close to many popular beaches like Eagle beach, Palm Beach. We rented a car and went everywhere. Close to SuperFood Plaza if you want to shop and cook some of your own meals. It feels like you live here. Property is very well maintained. All the amenities you need, laundry, kitchen,...
