The staff were amazing especially Carlos; very helpful and place super clean. The best part was how close it was to the beach and walking distance to the main strip with all the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Flight was canceled due to rare snow storm . Hotel did not respond to our wishes for a refund due to extreme circumstances. Airlines were courteous enough to refund a non- refundable flight. I think this is poor customer relationson by hotel , not to respond. I think Expedia tried to contact them also with no luck. I think you should reconsider them as a client.

LOVED our stay here!! Carlos was fantastic and gave us lots of information and recommendations. Terrific communication when needed. Property is lovely and well maintained. Close and easy walk to the beach, maybe 4 minutes or so. Plenty to do near the beach- shops, casino,restaurants and a Starbucks in the Marriott for coffee was a big help for me! You can get groceries and use the grill if you want. We didn't grill but we saw others using them and they are clean and in good shape. My boyfriend used the pool and said it was very nice. All in all it was perfect and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you to Carlos for being such a great host!

Some one edited my review this place is horrible pillows had a mildew odor pool was not clean filmed with a greasy substance Refrigerator needed to be defrosted microwave was not in reach to use staff was not available on site and responses were delayed by 2 days or no answer at all Manager of the property Maggi when she finally responded was very condensending tone 3 taxis services were unable to locate this location which to me indicated that something was not right the distance to palm beach in 5 minutes you have to walk through a muddy path to get to the beach pavement in the front of the suites uneven and dangerous causing trips and falls Wifi signal was very weak this place was a disappointment and they do not refund under no circumstances and refuse to apologize for anything

Everything the people in Aruba are very friendly except at the Yoyita Suites Aruba I will not recommend anyone to stay here if you have any questions trying to reach someone who works at this suite expect to not receive a response or delay in a response the manager will respond eventually in a very condescending tone through WhatsApp Maggi The taxis are not familiar with this location neither are the neighbors no direction is provided for shopping for dinner or to the beach I got lost Everytime I tried to return to the Yoyita I slid in a pile of mud and still waiting for someone to respond to clean the shower I ended up cleaning it myself I stumped my toe on the uneven pavement while emptying my trash what was supposed to be a 5 night 6 day rest was an exhausting trip and was unhealthy for me as a 62 year old with Rheumatoid Arthritis I was so sore one day I and to stay in the bed and try to rest there is no stove to cook yet there is a vent for the stove pillows we're old and had an odor the internet reception was very weak I receive a response a day later from Maggi that the entire island uses the same internet service and experience the same thing thay is a lie I've been to Aruba in November 2024 and September 2021 that is not a true statement so the flat screen TV was useless no cable services could not even use streaming services this was the wotse customer service ever eventhough Yoyita only provides a cómo

Kept very clean. Great area of the island. We rented a car but could have walked to the strip in mins. Very close to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, and California Lighthouse. Staff are very attentive to your needs. We grilled a lot and there a lot of seasonings available as well.

Eh um bom studio, não conseguimos liga a tb, mas quando chegamos estava limpo, e bem agradável e com o ar condicionado ligado porque Aruba eh extremamente quente . As camas bem confortáveis. Não existe fogão e nem cooktop, apesar de ver a coifa não há nada embaixo, nem panelas então para cozinhar o que se tem eh o microondas no studio para esquentar alguma coisa. Internet funcionava bem. Para transporte fica fora de mão, não há nenhum ponto próximo, o melhor eh alugar um carro.

Our stay at Yoyita Suites was fantastic! The check in process was easy. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure and shower temperature. Carlos the host was very helpful. It has a great location in Palm beach that makes it very accessible to dining and entertainment. When I go back to Aruba I will definitely go back!
