「Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Front desk even allowed us to hang around resort and continue to eat and drink until our flight after check out. Everything was clean, pool bar was fun, easy access to beach and shopping, and taxi usually outside waiting. Inclusive buffet bar food was good and plenty to choose from. Overall great experience and would definitely come back.」

「Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and amenities, all restaurants were great, service was great (except one day when our room wasn’t cleaned by the time we returned at 4:30pm, so our garbages were very full and the coffee and cream wasn’t restocked). The spa was also very nice, albeit much more expensive than expected for similar properties. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「The resort has no elevators, they do not tell you that. If you're on the 3rd floor that is 32 steps! There are 3 lighted mirrors. One large in bathroom. A adjustable make up mirror & a full length lighted mirror!」

「First time in Aruba and at a resort. The room, resort, and staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Pools were pristine. Noticed an issue with the ceiling fan and they came right out and fixed it. We were a 1 min walk to the beach and less than 10 min walk to the golf course. Ask for Ramon, who drives the golf cart bus shuttle.」

「La propiedad está en excelente condicioes y el personal ess muy amable. La ubicación es inmejorable si buscas un hotel de playa en Aruba. Cenamos 2 veces en el restaurante del hotel y los alimentos estuvieron deliciosos, los cocteles del bar también son muy buenos. Tiene un sistema en el cual reservas tu palapa, y aunque las de mejor ubicación tienen costo extra, me pareció que estó fue apropiado por que hizo que el uso de las palapas fuera ordenado, y eliminó el hecho de que mucha gente aparta...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
