Loved the food, beach and staff !! only thing suggested is to offer drink servers at the pool/beach as well as knowing you need to claim a beach chair early or they are all taken up with towels without people!!

Divi Aruba All Inclusive was just okay. Housekeeping skipped our room once, the Towel Hut ran out of Beach Towels on our 2nd day, the beach chairs could use some maintenance.

The property was beautiful and convenient, the food was really good but the staff/service left something to be desired. We stayed at the Tamaran last year and it was night and day. It seemed like no one at the Divi actually wanted to help. The bartenders ignored anyone waiting for drinks until they felt like serving. When they did serve they basically threw the drink at you but left it out of reach. The front desk was never helpful. They made a huge deal if we asked to call a golf cart to travel between resorts for restuarants. My room was minimally cleaned each day & towels were always an issue. Although the property and amenities were some of the best I experienced, I cant say that I will stay at this resort again simply because of the staff and how we were treated.

Divi was… AMAZING! My husband & I have planned another trip here for another anniversary! The resort in its entirety is clean & maintains its cleansliness throughout with constant service being provided. The staff are exceptional — all are welcoming with a smile, willingly give help even if it’s not warranted. All of the restaurants (inclusive & buffet) are SO AMAZING! If you’re looking for a place to eat & spend no more $$ at all (other than tips, of course) then Divi fulfills that! All in all, it’s great! We booked ATV riding & Parasailing through the concierge desk & it was the easiest, timeless thing to do. Transportation was provided! No worries at all. WE LOVE DIVI!

Loved being able to use both properties: Divi and tamirijn. Beach is better at Divi the tamirijn beach is full of boulders. Free shuttle between properties or a 15 min walk. Safe to go into town and enjoy the shops and bars. Loved the nightly live band at outdoor bar at Divi

For an all-inclusive resort, the food was lacking. The main restaurant that services breakfast lunch and dinner had minimal options and it was not self service for the most part.. having been to many all-inclusive resorts with buffet restaurants I can say this one did not meet my expectations at all. Aside from the food being tasteless, the time it took for you to get your meal because you had to order it just did not seem efficient. The service was subpar at best. I found that the staff didn’t cater to all guest. You had to get your own soda, your own coffee. The restaurants located on the property were impossible to get a reservation for. Well, I did my best to eat off of the resort there were times where I just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and nothing looked appetizing nor was it satisfying.

Beach great, very walkable. Downtown not too far. Free parking if you rent a car, very easy to drive. Staff friendly. Beach towel service was frustrating. Towels needed to be exchanged by room cleaning staff. So, if you want to spend the day at the beach with a fresh towel, this presents a condundrum. Breakfast was fresh. Bar had a wider and I would say high quality selection for an all inclusive. Four different draft beers - Balashi, Amstel Bright, Miller Light, Heinekin. Food quality was good, appreciated the non buffet style, items cooked to order with pagers at the mass feeding venue, this kept quality up and waste down. Would have liked a little more variety from day to day. Of the reservation restaurants, what we had an opportunity to try were great. Making a reservation took an act if God. The app said you could not make a reservation until 2 days in advance, but even first thing in the morning two days prior options were limited, if at all. Going to the reservation desk wasn't much better. We wanted a reservation at the Mexican restaurant and they were able to get us one at the Asian. Dinner was very good. We heard others were told to go somewhere else.

This was my 3 year vacationing at the Divi all inclusive resort and i found the staff was great, the breakfast was always fresh and the bars were always clean. i noticed extra palapa's around the casida area and many property updates.

No swim up bars. Breakfast was good, lunch was very limited and mediocre, dinners were pretty good IF you could get a reservation. We did not get any and had to escalate to a manager to get one. If we hadn’t, we would have had to eat the buffet all week. Housekeeping staff was friendly, reservation dinner wait staff was good. Staff was not friendly at Bars and lunch/buffet places. Great location and beach, could definitely improve on the food and drink options, staffing, and reservations.

The scenery was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were cleaned and refreshed everyday with new beach towels and bath towels. There are complimentary water bottles in each room. There are dehumidifiers in the rooms which gives a perfect balance of air within the room. The pools were clean. The beach was exquisitely beautiful. Plenty of beach seating and shade. There were multiple bars, and shopping stores throughout. There is a large gym colocated overlooking the water. There is a large casino and shops colocated. It was quiet and peaceful in the day and live music at night. Lastly there are so many food options included that I barely ate at half of them. There are several restaurants, the Pelican most convenient buffet style- food cooked to order. Some restaurants require reservations. The staff throughout very kind and helpful. The front desk assisted with shuttle and taxi calls.

We really enjoyed our stay at Divi Aruba. The food was great with several different restaurants available, bar service was great, and the beach is beautiful.
