「We were very close to the water and the restaurants were very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Our first time to Aruba and we enjoyed everything about it」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「We booked an ocean-view room, but when we arrived, we were given a room with mostly a garden view and only a very distant glimpse of the ocean in the background. When we complained, the manager told us this was an Expedia description issue and explained that the hotel has both “ocean view” and “oceanfront” rooms. However, the photos shown for the ocean-view room were misleading and did not match what we actually received. Expedia was also very unhelpful with our complaint and did not respond...

「Great location, nice staff, great food」

「Just can’t beat the location. Great adult pool area with a phenomenal and friendly staff. The grounds are super well maintained with cute wildlife scurrying about. Was easy to reserve a palapa or poolside chair. Staff always made sure the room had tons of bottled water, clean towels and coffee pods. Only suggestion would be to make the check-in process more welcoming - maybe explain how to access the amenities and offer a welcome drink.」

「Very pretty/ friendly/ spacious/ clean property. It’s not on the beach but they bus you back and forth. Walkable to great restaurants. The furniture is old in the rooms but functions well. Mattress was very good ( not old). The 2 pools and pool bar are very nice. Very good restaurant onsite. They opened a market/spa onsite. My husband and I had couples massages. I would recommend.」

「Room was perfect. It had everything we needed, a kitchen, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The whole complex is very cozy and the host Gaston was so kind that he let us use the room until our departure (after the regular check out time). You can use snorkeling mask, parasol, chairs for the beaches and more… There’s just nothing bad about the place or the host.」
