「When we first checked in and went to our room…It wasn’t the room we booked. They tried to tell us it was the same. So, we booked a One bedroom beach tower room. They wanted to place us in a One bedroom studio. Not enough room in the studio for the cot that we needed for our children. Thankfully, they changed the room for us. It would have been too small for 4 adults.」
