「There was no refrigerator in my room even though I called and asked before buying things. No mirror in bathroom. And no chair to sit in if you wanted to do makeup you had to sit on the floor in front of the door. The staff was very friendly but said they would reimburse so.e of my stay and did not do that.」

「So toilets are so low they are toddler height-do a deep knee bend to sit down. The tv is 50 channel selection of direct tv but only a few actually transmit -finally figured out on my 2nd day if you turn the tv off then on again you can get the channel to transmit video-otherwise it says it only transmits audio-so changing channels and getting video transmission meant turning it off and on. Third, the beds are very soft so no support-back was hurting after the first night and it was a challenge...

「The A/C only worked intermittently. There was a mold smell in the room. And we were told breakfast was until 11 AM and when we went down to eat, they were taking things out of our hands to put away. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 AM, 11:30 AM, and 9 AM, to ask when we were leaving, even though checkout was at 11 AM. Just Super Disappointed. BUT THE POOL WAS GREAT.」

「The room was pretty nice. Breakfast was ok. Not a whole lot of variety, as we were there a week visiting family. The pool was out of service the whole time we were there. This was a bummer because it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel over another brand new one that was close by. Our child really loves to swim, so he was disappointed. They did not give us any advanced warning that the pool was going to be getting resurfaced, nor did they offer any discounts for that amenity being out of...

「After the mixup of our being checked into a room 14 hours before we arrived, so the clerk couldn't find our reservation, then being given the keys to an occupied room, we had a nice stay. Comfortable bed. Great shower other than the tub filling with water as I showered.」
