「The staff helped us immensely when Hotels.com didn’t transfer our reservation to their site. We walked in and tried to check in, but there was nothing under our name. So, Khamir (front desk guy) immediately went to work calling Hotels.com to help. When 3 agents couldn’t help us, he doubled down & called Vic, the hotel manager. Vic worked with hotels.com to get the reservation info sent over and saved the day! 」
