「Well, first of all, we did not get the room that we thought we had booked. We had asked for a junior suite. Instead, we were given an average size room on the main floor. We had hoped for more space. What the room did have was a shower that could accommodate my handicap, and that was a plus.」

「Warning, this property is privately owned. They have their own standards of operation and Wyndham let me know that. I had to strongly request linens for the sleeper sofa, towels and linen changes. The room wasn’t cleaned appropriately, the food was overcooked, a bottle of water was $7 (didn’t buy it) and employees had a dismissive attitude. Wyndham should ensure their standards are mirrored. I need to receive an incidental pay for my inconvenience. Never again」

「Customer service was great, unfortunately the condition of this property looks neglected. Water in the shoeet and bathroom sink did not drain properly. The AC thermostat was not working.The breakfast service area was unsightly and they ran out of some food items. The eating area was no very clean.」

「Great 3 day stay with the brief exception of an AC tech who interrupted nap time to check the in room unit, and lacking nutritious options for breakfast which wasn’t well stocked. But I’d stay again; decent places in Memphis are few and far between.」

「Our stay was okay except for the mattress, we told staff three times that the mattress was uncomfortable and squeaked with each movement. We were told by maintenance he would replace but never saw him again. We slept on the mattress for 8 nights and nothing was done to correct the problem. Disabled rooms with a low mattress still the mattress should be comfortable, we have stayed in other hotels disabled rooms without such a low mattress, one other minor problem there was two televisions with...

「Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again」

「Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn」
