「Everything was freaking amazing with the exception of breakfast 😒. There were 3 different employees at breakfast that said “yeah, get what you want, it’s free…it wasn’t free! The issue wasn’t paying for it, it was the miscommunication. They gave me a $30 credit. Everything else was AWESOME!」
「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「The place was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast they had. The room was nice and clean. I liked that they had a normal size fridge vs just a mini fridge. My only complaint was that I did not like the barn door for the bathroom. There is about a 1 inch gap so you don’t have much privacy if you are sharing a room with someone else. 」
"The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again.
The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
