The staff here was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Mahogany and Vera were the best at the front desk. We had a slight issue with our booking but they were quick to figure out a solution! They were super friendly and made the stay really enjoyable.

As usual, the Clarion did not disappoint. The room was exactly what I asked for, staff was on point and personable, and it is a brisk walk from CAU campus. We will continue to use the Clarion Hotel for our stay accommodations when visiting Clark Atlanta University!

Easy to locate, parking was good, free breakfast which was good. Parking fee was decent and slept well in the bed. Hotel was super quiet. Didn’t hear noise from the hallways, sides or upper floor. Biggest issue is that the hotel rooms need to be updated. Etc light fixtures, charging ports, drawers, seating, couches.
