「訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住」

「Room was squeaky clean! The first thing that my husband always does when entering a hotel room is check the AC filters (as this is a good indication of the cleanliness of the hotel) and they definitely passed the test! For those with pups, there is a fairly big patch of grass a short distance from the entrance serving as a relief area. We did valet parking, however there is self parking right next to the building so that is also convenient and makes check in way less stressful! Front desk staff...
