"El servicio de Martín en la alberca fue espectacular. La vista desde alberca y habitación es increíble. Urge aire acondicionado o mosquiteros para poder ventilar mejor las habitaciones. Asi como mantenimiento a azulejos de baños. Gran opción de hospedaje para conocer los pueblos del lago."

"Todo muy bien con las instalaciones y la habitación muy limpia. El personal sumamente atento con las necesidades como huespédes. Se nota que las instalaciones se han venido renovando. Únicamente como sugerencia, sería bueno implementar cambios en el sistema de ventanas para evitar que ruidos exteriores afecten el ambiente de la habitación, en especial cuando en fines de semana hay alguna celebración en alguno de los salones del hotel. Por lo demás todo genial."

"Staff was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. I assumed boat transportation would be as easy as other parts of the lake which led me to not have transportation when it was time for me to arrive at the hotel. The hotel was incredibly helpful and helped me get on a public boat which saved me from paying $100 for a public boat. The hotel is VERY secluded and it felt like I was the only person there. I definitely should have picked something closer to other towns because I felt like I wasted a day of my trip however that was 100% my fault. Would stay here again but with plans to have more of a relaxing vacation instead of traveling. Definitely don’t book if you are looking to travel around the lake and maximize your time however if you are looking for a slow relaxing day or few days this is a great option especially if you’re willing to book one of the more expensive rooms."

"If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is phenomenal. Because it’s a smaller property, everyone knows who you are and where you’ll be down to what your preferred drink is. The hotel arranged a kayaking tour, launch’s tour to different towns, and a tour of the nature reserve, all in a very short window. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and clean and the food is amazing. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to the mid beautiful country. This was my first solo international trip as a 20 something year old girl and never once was I worried about safety! This was the experience of a life time!"
