「Very nice hotel is in a convenient location in San Marcos close enough to the main road and the public dock. Solid restaurant and good customer service. Meals were good if not great. Scenic view of the lake. They did a nice job putting together transportation and activities for our visit. Just be aware that because it is in town you may hear some sounds like music and dogs close to bedtime but never after 10pm. I would stay again. 」

「Not the worst but definitely would not recommend. Staff was amazing, and view was nice but the accommodations were lacking. I would say you're better off getting an airbnb at this price point. The hotel was dated, generally dingy, and not well maintained. For example all the caulking in the bathroom was moldy, shower had missing tiles, water from sink leaked on the floor, and in the room the beds were very old and minimal usable outlets. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but want to warn anyone...
