「Alexis was very helpful through the whole check in and stay. The property can only be accessed by the water. Alexis connected with us through WhatsApp to make communication easier and answer any questions we had. It took us quite awhile to reach Lake Atitlan due to traffic but we were able to take a water taxi to the hotel from Panajachel. 「The location is easy to find and there’s plenty to do nearby. If you’re renting a car, be aware that you can’t drive directly to the hotel due to the very narrow streets. I found a parking lot about a 5-minute walk away, which was still quite convenient. The pool wasn’t very inviting, so we didn’t end up using it. On a positive note, the front desk staff member was very friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke English, which was extremely helpful.」

「The pools and gardens are lovely as you come into the courtyard off a street lined with lights and colorful hanging basket streamers leading down to the water. I loved the sounds of the school next door. The room was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was the best on this whole trip. It was easy to get a taxi to Panajachel for the public water shuttles around to the other villages. 」

「The lake was so beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and the surrounding area is serene. It is off the main road, so you lose the noise of the busy street but keep the proximity. The neighbors are also so sweet. Kayaks are available on the property and they offered breakfast. The gentleman at the property helped carry our bags when we came in and helped us get to where we needed for our shuttle when we were leaving. 10/10 recommend!!!!」

「Tout était insalubre, malpropre avec de la moisissure. Il manquait de rideaux dans la chambre, la douche ne fonctionnait pas bien la serviette de douche était sale, le personnel incompétent. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel car les photos sur Expédia ne reflète nullement la réalité de cet hôtel. 」
