「Staff was very friendly and helpful! The bar area and restaurant were beautiful with outstanding views. We were in the lion yurt which was tired and needs a lot of updating - only for someone who likes very, very rustic and not big fear of big spiders. dogs, howling, and barking all night every night. After all, it is the jungle and most won’t bother you, but need to expect it.. loved the bathtub with a gorgeous view though.」

「The location is nice and quiet, with lovely restaurants around and beautiful views of the lake. The property itself is stunning, and is fantastic value for money. The walk into town is actually quite nice, or you can easily grab a tuc tuc if in a rush. My only suggestions for improvement are that it was quite difficult to contact the host using the number provided through Expedia; however, there was a number on the door when I arrived which proved much more fruitful. 「El hotel está muy bonito, lleno de plantas. En medio de la naturaleza. Tiene su muelle propio. La vista a la laguna es extraordinaria. La comida del restaurante muy rica. Solo recomiendo mandar por la.plataforma de Expedia las indicaciones precisas para llegar. En nuestro arribo el bote nos dejó en san Pedro y nos tuvimos que ir al hotel con maletas en tuktuk. Ya en el hotel nos dijeron que debimos de llegar al muelle de san juan y de ahi nos traen al muelle del.hotel.」

「Les employés étaient super gentil, la chambre super propre et les toilettes/douche aussi. Il est à 10-15 minutes de marche de la ville, la route se fais super bien à pied ou avec des tuktuk. La vue sur le lac était incroyable, nous avons même eu la chance de voir quelques éruptions du volcan fuego au loin. J’y retournerais n’importe quand.」

「Very attractive location and kind staff BUT….little privacy as the drapes were too narrow, quite noisy, towels didn’t feel fresh and worst of all all used toilet paper and female products had to be put in an open container near the toilet. Totally disgusting」

「10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special.
