「Can order breakfast from menu. Staff are kind. The room Is clean. Multiple restaurants and pub nearby. The street has no sweeping schedule. So it is easy to find parking spot. I do have garage reserved but my ford F150 would not fit. So I parked on the street had no issue at all. I love this place. Thanks.」

「Exactly what I needed. Just in town for one night to see a late show at the Metro. Everything was walking distance. Adorable furnishings, clean, pet friendly, great breakfast and patio at the sister accommodation next door and well priced. Loud bars close by, but, that was as described. My dog was not bothered. 「If you are looking for a charming place to stay that is walkable to Wrigley, this is an excellent option. The staff is friendly, the neighborhood felt comfortable and safe and it was very conveniently located. The hotel is definitely vintage but it is well kept, cute baseball theme and friendly staff. Would stay here again!」
