「We found the Tap House to be a disappointing stay, full of contradictions. The checkin was easy and the staff friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which has a sitting area and kitchen. The room was nice but tired with dirty doors and some broken/missing fixtures (door return hanging off, cable trunking missing capping). 「The Leonardo EMA is a well placed hotel, however we found the decor and general demeanour of the hotel to be very tired. No lifts that we could see. Our room was nice enough, but had only been superficially cleaned. The mirror had not been cleaned. Bed was very comfy though. Bathroom showed signs of wear with the odd little bit of black mould and other areas that could have been better scrubbed. I found a rusty screw by the base of the toilet. 「The host was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. Breakfast had lots of choices for different appetites. My room was lovely with a fan for the heat, plenty of tea, coffee, etc. and a powerful shower. All in all a great place to visit.」

「The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. 」
