The property is bit outdated but its is well maintained for its age. Staff is very mannered , courteous and kind , the manager at our checkout was very customer focused and this leadership reflected well in the staff. We ordered room service and the food was awesome. Breakfast had many choices with pancakes and waffles etc. Swimming pool was very clean and thier is a tennis table in lobby, overall 5 star service thank you

Checked out of the awful Leonardo hotel and booked into this beautiful hotel, which cost me the same price, the only regret I have is that I didn’t book into this hotel for my full trip, excellent from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it’s immaculate, food gorgeous very reasonably priced, parking very good price, stay here avoid the Leonardo hotel.

The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. It was useful to have a safe in the room. However it was perhaps a bit more basic than i expected for the price. No hairdryer, fridge and minimum amount of toiletries in the bathroom. Staff were fairly helpful and friendly, but were unable to produce me a separate receipt for parking when requested. The bar was expensive, but hotel prices I expect. The food was reasonably priced and of average quality. The buffet at the conference was good food but could have been presented in a more appetising way - all quite basic, although the pastries at the start were very good!

We had a private party here and stayed over, it is a great venue and staff here are lovely and really helpful. The hot buffet was really really good, the chef kept bringing more food and replacing dishes when they'd been eaten, really recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely, quiet and breakfast is of a great standard.
