The room was perfect—clean, comfortable beds for me and the children, just what we needed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to have to pay £10 per night to park my car, totaling £30 for three nights. I understand charging for parking for guests using the car park to fly from East Midlands Airport, but for guests staying at the hotel for the full duration, this feels unfair. Hotel guests should not have to pay the same parking fees as non-guests.

This hotel is comfortable, friendly, clean and very close to the airport, it also has a good restaurant and bar area that serves good food, the menu is small in my opinion, but overall i really enjoy staying here, usually 3 time's a year before I fly on holiday.
