「Lovely room, however only 2 plug sockets on the lower part of the wall which wasn't practical for using the kettle Shower was unpredictable, hot one day and cold the next Lovely pub and food , great staff Overall a nice place to stay」

「location is good but no lift. If you have a lot of suitcases, it could be a problem.」

「The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

「8/10」

「A cheap and cheerful night on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel is rather hidden away and not well signposted. I checked in, room was clean with tea/coffee available. The rooms are single storey, bungalow style There is parking right outside of the rooms」

「Good food available. Close to downtown.」

「La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue amable, nos incluyeron el desayuno ya que está en remodelación el restaurante」

「Great stay in a great location.」

「Lovely proprietor. Cooked breakfast was great, a pity that on last day we couldn't have it because of staffing problem. Attractively decorated property」

「Couldn’t ask for better, great staff , great room, great bed and pillows , I’ll be back if I’m the area for sure」

「Good, comfortable room. Excellent freshly made breakfast Lovely, friendly and helpful staff The restaurant side of the business has closed, but there are a couple of pubs in walking distance.」
