「Our stay at SOTA was nothing short of amazing. The drive to the retreat was not too out of reach, and made sense, as we were in the jungle of Puerto Morelos. We arrived a little later than expected, but greeted upon arrival at the gate by the staff. We were helped with our luggage to our stay, and we were stunned at every step! In our unit, there were fresh fruits waiting for us on the table. Our room was surrounded by glass looking out into the jungle, and every room had access to opening...

「It’s a nice hotel if you want to relax and not do much. My only complaint was with this being my second solo all inclusive trip. I absolutely hate that they give you a tab after EVERY thing. I do not want to have to sign and tip after every drink or food I get. Definitely won’t stay again, that made the whole experience not enjoyable.」

「Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. 」

「The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The food in each restaurant was delicious. All of the pools were well maintained and spotless. All of the staff was very helpful, especially Jane who was our amazing concierge and she took care of our every need. I will 100% return to this property」

The hotel should add more staff as they had tables but not enough staff to cover all the tables.
