「酒店虽然小了点 ，但是环境真的很不错！游泳池很大，还有几个按摩热水池！我们和朋友分开订的房间，酒店贴心帮我们开了相邻的房间！ 早餐相当不错，食物选择不多， 但是东西很好吃！就是有个小问题： 房间wifi不是很好，要到房间外面才能连上wifi! 下次还会选择这个酒店！真心点个赞！」

「Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse 」

「The staff are helpfull and the Room is ok. However the the fridge was not plugged in and they dont supply coffee for the coffee maker. Room was clean with many beds but its not somewhere to relax in.. just go outside. Its close to town but you still need a car.」

「Hotel is perfect size with more than 8 hot spring pools at different temperatures. Breakfast was good with lots of vegetarian options. Ambience is awesome, green, natural and walkable. They only have one restaurant, the second one opens only on weekend.」

「Very pleasant quiet stay with a great view of the volcano. Comfortable bed. I sat on the porch and watched the birds flying about including a hummingbird and four macaws.」

「A great little hotel! We stayed in a superior room, the bathrooms were on the smaller side but very clean! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Each room had its own mini split and fan so ac wasn’t an issue. There was a nice little morning coffee package provided to make a coffee in the room but every day we received a text asking us what we would like for breakfast the next day. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals. I would to choose it again.」

「What an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds were stunning and well kept. The views of Arenal were a highlight! And the breakfast was amazing, from the foot, to the service, to the vibe! The gallo pinto was actually our favorite throughout our whole multi-city trip!!
