Arena Blanca Beach Tours

I was super excited about this trip, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to expectations. From the moment we arrived, the food was a disappointment—we tried several places around the resort, and most meals were either cold or just not good. The specialty restaurants were definitely the exception and something we did enjoy. When I think of an all-inclusive resort, I expect variety, especially with beverages, but they only offered one type of wine with no options to switch it up. There also wasn’t much entertainment, and what was available came at an extra cost. That said, the grounds are very well cared for, and the majority of the staff was friendly. What truly saved this trip for me and my daughters was the kindness of Ray, our butler, and Ramon L, our waiter. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their effort made all the difference.
