Staff amazing!! Grounds beautiful! Beach beautiful! Great quick trip from Boston! So many great things truly an amazing stay! Just a few things I wish I knew prior. Dinner reservations won’t be easy unless you do the “free breakfast” which is a sales pitch to buy into the vacation club. The locals are continuously selling on the beach. They are so nice but “it’s let’s make a deal”…with everything. Our ac wouldn’t go lower than 20 degrees Celsius. It was hot! But manageable. I spoke with someone 3 different times telling me it would be fixed…it was never fixed. On day 3 a very large cockroach was in my bathroom! They did send someone to exterminate which was great…but for the last 2 days we were finding dead or 1/2 dead roaches. It was uncomfortable to say the least….moral of the story??? You dislike one thing in your room? DEMAND a new room before you unpack and look for “roach dirt” Google it it’s a thing!
