「It is just right in front of the metro station which is situated in a quiet safe and clean neighborhood. The hostel itself is a bit old with insufficient sockets to charge our phones and cameras， there was one under the window (behind the curtain) and one hidden behind the bed， which u need to pull the bed away from wall to reach it. It has free wifi. breakfast inclusive dont expect much， but it can fill u up. Overall this place is ok.」

「This was a HORRIBLE place to stay. We waited over an hour and 30-mins for the person to show up with the key and walk us through the apartment. We missed our dinner reservation which was a celebration. The apartment had 2 working heaters yet we used 3 bedrooms. There was a light blanket and sheet for the bed. The beds needed blankets! My children and I slept in our coats. In the middle of the night the heater went out. We called, messaged, and text the owner who did not return...

「Excellent location. The staffs are so kind to give tour suggestion and help us make local tour reservation. The breakfast is included. It is simple but really convenient. If I could travel Lisbon again, I must choose this hotel again!」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e competente, sem falar no serviço de transfer que faz toda a diferença, facilitando muito os deslocamentos até o aeroporto! No dia de check-out nosso quarto ficou em água, mas a equipe do hotel foi muito solicita e auxiliou em tudo o que pôde!」

「My room is large and comfortable. I found some dust in the air conditioner. Thanks to the hotel for lending me a kettle to have hot drinking water.」

「Very convenient for a 0505 flight the following day. Though no shuttle to airport when we checked out that early, the 5 minutes walk to airport did not create any problems unless you have lots of luggages. Check in out very smooth, buffet dinner at 20 Euro plus complimentary breakfast (even at 0230 continental breakfast) made it very convenient. Clean tidy and smooth I would stay again for and early flight from Lisbon.」
