「Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. 「Room was fine and clean, however, our balcony door never fully closed. There was AC though which was absolutely essential for the temperatures we were experiencing. As for check-in we arrived quite late so we could not make use of the elevator and had to carry quite heavy luggage up to the hostel floor.
