Staff were really good apart from the last day. We had ask for take away box breakfast, one being a veggie box but we ended up with 3 breakfast and no veggie breakfast, so we were a breakfast short.

Overall I can’t find anything to complain about. But most importantly, the staff made sure we had a great time. Story time :)… On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay. 10/10

Greeted warmly by Eric who quickly checked us in. Had no issues with breakfast (included in our stay). Our departure was prior to the opening of breakfast and they were able to pack us a to-go bag for our journey. Overall, the space is simple, clean, safe, and well managed——and close to the metro (away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists).

Great location and contemporary design

Great cozy hotel not too far from main attractions. The chic hotel had a great breakfast and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are small but well equipped. Staff were very friendly. Stayed two nights with an infant and we enjoyed it.

Convenient and cozy

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was right next to the metro station and within walking distance (20 min) to the center of the city (Rossio Square). The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in early. We liked the first stay so much that we came back a few days later and stayed two nights before going back home.

It was convenient, centrally located, staff was helpful. We enjoyed the balcony the nights were very quiet. Room was clean, housekeepers were friendly and courteous. The front desk staff were helpful, so were the people at breakfast.
