"The location of the hotel is in a more quiet area of Lisbon but still easily accesible with public transportation. I wish the cleaning products will have less strong scent as some people have sensitivity to scent. Otherwise, good hotel."

"Everyone was so nice & helpful. We ate Dinner at the indoor area by the pool and had a great time thanks to the staff. The manager Joseph was so nice and helpful. He recommended and let us taste some new wines that we have never had.. He was very knowledgeable and very nice and helpful with all of our questions..He took time out to show us how to get to certain bars & restaurants at the hotel. And our waiter Roger was very nice:) we met a lady named Amy and she was sweet and explained how to get around at the hotel. We are here for a wedding and it’s our first time to Europe. "The hotel needs a makeover as it is old and tired and is more like a Holiday Inn than a Radisson Blu. The doors do not close quietly and people arriving at rooms in the middle of the night have to slam doors to close it. Walls are thin and noise travel. Construction on 4th floor sounded like next door on the 7th. When rooms next door were occupied, could clearly hear conversations. It is not close to city centre."

"Upkeep was not too good. The showerhead did not work. The person behind the desk at night was not helpful when we asked for an additional hour for checkout while when I asked someone different in the morning it was immediately approved. Breakfast was really good and the room was just fine. Not a central location but not too far out either. The WIFI worked well"

"The rooms were the same as that in photos, a bit on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. Appreciate the helpful staff at the reception for keeping our bags even after check out! Good to know: thin walls, creaking doors, dated elevator, old building but renovated rooms Pros: location - less crowded, more culture. Highly accessible to train and bus station, sits on the busiest verde (green line) connecting downtown "

"Corinthia Lisbon is a lovely hotel. The staff is courteous, attentive, and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay there again."
