"A great stay. The staff makes this hotel exceptional. They are very friendly and they go above and beyond. Ruben helped with picture taking and getting us a fan and leaving a handwritten note to wish my husband happy birthday. Joao and Diogo helped with places to go and Joao had a sense of humor with getting a water gun and playing with my husband whose birthday it was. Tiago and Luis helped with checking us in and getting us extra towels. We would definitely stay here again because of them. "
