We had 2 stays at Le Jardin - one at the beginning of the trip in an apartment, one at the end in a room more like a hotel. Both were pleasant and convenient. Would be happy to stay there again. Definitely preferred the apartment set up. The wall of mirrors in the hotel room were weird.

The property is very nice, very clean , and close to the airport. Clear instructions. However, we could not get the heat on in the room, I contacted the owner several times and it was 5 hours later before we got a response. It was so cold and uncomfortable, it took forever for the hot water in the shower and my curling Orion wound not work in the bathroom, it did in another room, with no mirror. Very uncomfortable night.

the entry to the property is somewhat narrow and a bit challenging but once inside, it was very easy to get in with the lock codes etc. Room was very clean and the toilet was really nice. Very Clean room, communication and instructions of checking in and out were very clear and organized. The area around it felt safe and there were many places to dine in. The only drawback was the location, the area was away from the touristic area in lisbon, whoever, the transportation prices were reasonable.
