「Worst housekeeping service. So bad that I just cancelled my next reservation at Crescent Hotel which was to be in two weeks.」

「Love the ambiance, the only complaint is that I had to check out early and no one gave me instructions on where to leave the key since there is no one working at the hotel in the mornings. I called and left a message in the morning, called all day trying to communicate with them but no one answered. I received a call at 3 asking me where the keys were. They hadn't even listen to their message. Other than that is a lovely place. The waitress was extremely nice and helpful.」

「The quaintest place we’ve ever stayed (if that’s a word). SOMA feels like a boutique village of tiny homes and Airstreams, complete with AstroTurf gathering spaces, cornhole, and a pickleball court. Everything looked and felt brand new — we honestly wondered if we were the first guests, or if the property is simply maintained that well. The details are what make this place special. 「Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.」
