"The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. One thing that justified a lowered rating. The toilette water tank leaked inside and so the water refilled the tank making noise every five minutes waking us up many times the first night. Following my report the next day, the repair man came to fix the problem. The leak was still there and the same noise now occurred less often (about every 30 minutes). I locked the water to stop the noise and turned the water back on the next morning to stop the noise."

"The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that they charged the stay on the credit card I had used to secure the booking, rather than the card I had...

"Enjoyed the stay and very convenient valet parking "

"Our stay was amazing and we felt pampered everywhere with the exception of the valet services. The text message option was not working properly for 2 days and we waited 20 minutes for our car when there were no other cars waiting for valet service. The staff were completely unaware and not attentive which was a contrast to the rest of the hotel staff. "

"Always 5 star service and accommodations! The grounds are fabulous, high-end but relaxed! We will continue to stay yearly for our event with the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame!"

"The hotel is very nice, I enjoyed the large t.v, the comfortable beds and the full size toiletries in the bathroom. All of the employees were very friendly also! But I wasnt impressed with the breakfast, especially for the price. And the coffee was pretty bad. Even the starbucks coffee in the lobby wasnt good, it tasted old. "

"Not much directly around the hotel but very convenient to get to and from the major roads nearby. Paid for breakfast ahead of time but still received an $8 bill at the table. When asked about why we had to pay $8 they said it was not going to be charged to us but it was just how they accounted for the meal. Very confusing to my party and others as well. So far, haven’t been charged. They should find another way to ‘account for’ the meals. "

"FYI, cell service is awful inside the hotel rooms and the free wifi is just as bad. I couldn’t get simple apps to load on my phone or websites to even function. Extremely disappointed to shell out all that money and experience internet speeds that of a decade ago. "
