「Beautiful house and a great place to stay!」

「The room and all the property looked like it was very well maintained, but the floors in the room were not very clean. They appeared to be clean, but our feet or socks were completely black from walking on the floor. The floors need to be wet mopped or cleaned. Our feet should not be black from walking on the floor. Everything else was very good with the room and our stay.」

「The bldg is well maintained and clean. The hallways are vacuumed and the carpet is fresh and looks brand new. The suite was large and very comfortable. It was like a mini apartment and felt like home .」

「Pool was unclean and water slimy, there were no towels and hotel staff was unconcerned when requesting towels. The rooms had unclean countertops and floors. The staff spoke kindly however were not very attentive and constantly another areas chatting or on their phones not attending the front desk. We had pizza delivered and the staff said they'd notify us and didnt we had no idea for almost 40 minutes our pizza sat at the front desk and was left unattended. The hallways, pool and common...

「Excellent location close to zoo and cultural district. Quiet location and convenient parking for a reasonable fee compared to other nearby hotels. Breakfast is pricey but we got a special breakfast/parking deal which made it worthwhile.」

「The hotel is conveniently located and the self serve staffless model is easy to use but the worst part of staying is the noise. Sounds from other guests, talking in the halls, and all internal noise is loud and very noticeable in your room. I did not sleep well and I had no ear plugs to help. Even the white noise app couldn’t help me. Be aware of the high noise levels inside the bldg and if you stay bring your ear plugs.」
