「The mattress was too hard for us but breakfast was very good」

「Breakfast food and staff were first rate. Housekeeping was suspect. It took me two days to get my sheets changed. The desk clerk kept telling me that she had contacted housekeeping, but they never came that first day. Second day it was 4 pm before they came and the hotel was fairly empty then. Ice machines on first and second floors haven't worked for 4-5 days. Day before check out came back from lunch and shopping and my key card didn't work, had to go back down to get it reset. Very...

「We a checked in and the process was was seamless. We were greeted with a wonderful smile and helpful information. We had a very clean room all the linens and everything was so clean that I immediately felt comfortable. I wish I had had time to use their gym and pool but it was a two day stay. I will definitely be a return customer. We were allowed to check out an hour later to rest. Thank you to the wonderful staff!」

「Nice clean hotel. Bed was comfortable and good temperature in hotel. Older but in good upkept condition.」

「The ladies at the front desk, especially at night, were amazing. Super accommodating and very sweet. I’m so grateful she was able to help me after my situation with a different hotel. Breakfast was great, and the kept the area very clean and inviting. Thank you all for exceptional service.」

「I liked the pool and room was nice. Free breakfast and a shuttle from the airport would have been amazing」

「Liked the price. Flooring was popping up in one spot needed to be glued back down. Had to watch that I didn't cut my foot on it. When I was leaving at 6:30 am there were two individuals on the second level by the stairs drinking beer and smoking pot.」

「Nice place and all was good. A bit pricey though.」

「Nice comfortable place to stay」

「1. Whenever I needed help from the front desk there was never anyone there that I could talk to. 2. I had a handicap room and ther was only 1 handicap bar in the tub area that was so far away you could barely reach it without fallen into the tub. The floor of the tub was so slippery that I alway a thought I was going to fall because the stripes that are down are so worn out. 3. I had a non-smoking room and yet I kept smelling smoke from somewhere. It felt like it was coming through the vents...

「Guy at the front desk was good, when I arrived the front desk clerk said I booked a smoking room, I had my child with me on vacation and would never booked a smoking room, I showed him my reservation on my phone, he still kept saying I booked a smoking room and he didn't have any nonsmoking rooms available, after going back and forth, he checked me into a nonsmoking room, the room floors wasn't swept or mopped, all of the surfaces in the room was dirty, ask the housekeeper to clean the floors,...
