Staff was great! Room and hotel were both very clean but the room was stuffy. Very conveniently located. And… there is a parking fee that I don’t think was mentioned.
Conveniently located near event venue, clean hotel, safe parking, nice staff and overall great experience.

When we arrived, they told us the hot water wasn’t working, but they had a crew working on it. We could stay or go somewhere else & be refunded. We chose to stay since we had small kids & it was 8:00 at night, & a crew was working on it. What they failed to tell us was that the hot water had been out for 2 days. A guest told us he had been there 2 days & it was out when he checked in. If we had known that, we would have gone somewhere else. The hot water was not on when we checked out the next morning. It would have been nice it they would have offered a discount. We really only need a hotel for a bed & hot shower. We only had one of these, which was very disappointing for the price we paid. The rooms were nice though.
The gentleman that checked me in was very polite and helpful. I stayed only one night and when I got up to shower there was no hot water. The lady at the front desk was polite but offered no solution and only stated it was being worked on. There was no manger on site to help either. They stay was not good.
Fantastic location~ I didn’t use my car the whole time I was staying there! Good restaurants within walking distance, excellent museums, park, and botanic gardens.
Huge room, like three times the size of an average hotel room! Loved the blackout blinds.
Only negative was that Fox News was on in the breakfast area
Our first night, the hotel had three rooms that were flooded and couldn’t be rented out.Because of this, we could not stay at our reserved hotel.
However the asst. General Manager was a sweetheart and put us up in another Hilton property and the hotel’s cost for the night, and refunded my night.
Mrs. Beaver was amazing.
What would’ve of normally have turned out to be a nightmare situation, was expertly handled by her. Cheers
