Hotel in a historic building with good public transport connections. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. A building next door is currently being renovated, so there was some construction noise at times, but it wasn't disturbing.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was exceptional! Perfect patio. Huge ceilings and the most comfortable beds. I will absolutely be staying here again!

A gem of a hotel

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome and always on hand with advice, tips, a smiling face. Room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Huge bed. Great ambience. Couldn't have asked for more.

Staff was best part of experience. The breakfast was amazing. The room was big and beautiful and clean. The amenities were perfect. We were left a different note every day as to something special locally to do. The staff was really great about giving us a recommendations, both local and touristy. Also, we were given really good restaurant recommendations. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, but also most touristy places and local places further away from residence were easily accessible by either Uber or public transportation.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a newly renovated boutique hotel and the deluxe room with a balcony that we stayed in was spectacular. The service from all the staff was exceptional. I would return to Lisbon just to stay here again.

Hidden Gem

It was our first time in Lisbon, but the staff put us at ease from the very first moment we met them. They had arranged a seamless transfer from the airport, and then provided friendly help as to how to enjoy our stay. Their service was first rate! That is before speaking of our room, which was literally the height of splendour! We cannot speak highly enough of them!

Dear Lisbon Valmor did not disappoint! 5 stars all the way! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating The hotel has its rustic charm and breakfast was delicious. My only point would have been with the shower/ would be good to have a place to have the shampoo and soap bottles instead of keeping them on the ground. The shower itself was a bit of work to understand, for those less resilient would be good to have a user guide (simple laminated card on the sink for example). Lovely place.
