Room was alright over all, the holder fo the shower head was broken and then half way through my stay the keycard holder/electric key broke and had to be fixed. Hotel is clean overall and not bad at all for the price

We were very impressed with the Staff at the Empire Lisbon hotel. The staff at reception were always very helpful always answering our questions and giving us tips on how to get around the City.Our room was lovely and the choice at Breakfast was excellent. The location close to the Metro was excellent for exploring the City!!

Our room was infested with ants. The staff was able to move us to a different room the next day. Otherwise, the location was convenient. Plenty of local eating options. The whole hotel was kept immaculately. A beautiful facility with every amenity we could imagine needing. Congenial staff speaking perfect English, ready to serve in any way. Only wish the breakfast could have been served a bit earlier because of having to arrive at the very crowded airport hours before the flight. Would return to Lisbon only if we could stay again at the Empire Hotel.
