The place is so cute and the staff are kind and extremely helpful! The rooms are spacious and the shared bathrooms are always kept clean. The area is nice with a big supermarket, restaurants and is across the road from a train station that easily goes into the city centre and the airport. Walls aren’t the best sound proofed so would recommend ear plugs for any light sleepers. Overall a lovely and welcoming stay!

Excellent choix pour passer quelques jours à Lisbonne. L'hôtel est bien situé à la sortie du métro Saldanha, l'accueil est irréprochable avec un préposé à l'accueil qui parle bien le français et l'anglais. Propreté impeccable des chambres et des salles de bain. Beaux espaces pour faire des 5 à 7 dans la verrière. Déjeuner inclus avec une belle diversité. Le seul bémol de tout mon séjour est le bruit la nuit (bien les deux premières nuits mais très bruyant les deux dernières nuits - d'autres usagers surtout). Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour.

Minha estadia foi excelente. O hotel á muito bonito, cama confortável, todos os ambientes sempre limpos e gostei de terem uma cozinha pra você usar, incluindo espaço de geladeira. O atendimento é excelente, todos muito educados e solícitos. O pequeno-almoço (café da manhã) é saboroso e com ótimas opções, e café está disponível sempre. A localização é perfeita, na frente da estação Saldanha. Vale a pena demais!

Personnel accueillant et agréable rien a dire! Gros bémol quant à la propreté des salles de bain et toilettes communes. Pas nettoyé et très sale ! Il nous est annoncé qu’elles sont nettoyés minimum 3 fois pas jour mais c’est absolument faux ! Les chambres sont néanmoins propre mais très peu isolées. Bruit infernal jusqu’à 3h du matin. Peu de tranquillité.

The hotel was very clean with location ease of access to public transit. Breakfast was on time provided with sufficient food and fruit. Snacks and coffee milk was accessible until evening. Cooking facilities available and large public space for guests to share when eating. All the staffs were very kindly and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend this hotel to others. I was a bit worried since it’s a shared bathroom, but it was consistently clean, which I really appreciated. You can tell this place truly cares about its guests. There’s always a coffee station and fresh fruit available, which was perfect for me — I could grab some on my way out or enjoy it as an afternoon snack, something that’s not easy to find while traveling. It was the best little bonus for me. I also want to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness.

Most things were great, especially the staff, except the most important thing when it comes to a sleeping arrangement: the sleep. This was the noisiest place I've stayed in my life. Sounded like someone was moving a grand piano down a flight of stairs at one point. I don't get what is going on in this guest house for there so be so many frequent "crashes" in the middle of the night. Invest in some door closers so your guests can sleep.
