"The hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. We got a wonderful recommendation for an authentic Portuguese restaurant for dinner, it was delicious! Very close to the airport, great shuttle. And VERY quiet room. Breakfast was really good, fresh, varied and tasty. They even offered a "to go cup" when we hadcto run for the shuttle. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff are really friendly so check in and check out went quickly and smoothly. My room smelt amazing like apples and was spacious for a solo traveller. Comes with simple amenities and a Nespresso machine! Bed was so comfy and TV comes with Youtube and Netflix which not many four or five star hotels include so was presently surprised with this."

"Breakfast was fresh and there were some options. Coffee machines were fixed quickly. The room sheets and towels were clean - a bit dusty in places? Air conditioning was also not working so I had to open the window (not the biggest issue). "

"All your staff were amazing to deal with however I would like to make special mention of Jessica Sousa. From the moment we arrived and she greeted us at reception to personally delivering our numerous bags to our room she was so friendly, efficient and personable. I mentioned to her that when we stayed at the hotel 2 years ago we enjoyed the chocolate offered to us. She went to the trouble to search out some chocolate for us and left us a very nice note in our room. She is a real asset to your organization. We will be back next year and hope to see Jessica again."

"I normally stay at IHG properties when we travel, so the Holiday Inn Lisbon felt like a natural choice for our trip in March 2026. Overall, our stay was comfortable, but there were a few things worth noting. Pros: - Even with a large group of students arriving at the same time, the front desk handled everything efficiently. They were fully staffed, and the check-in process was quick. -Plenty of variety, fresh food, and good pastry options every morning for the breakfast buffet. -The room itself was basic but clean, which is usually all we need. Cons -The provided toiletries were disappointing. I tried the shampoo once and it really wasn’t good. -- Our room was on the second floor, and we could hear traffic at night as well as people walking by. Light sleepers might want to request a higher floor. -Before our arrival, we received a WhatsApp message asking for a credit card to secure our stay. It included our names and dates, so it looked legitimate—but it turned out to be a phishing attempt. I contacted IHG’s corporate privacy team to report it, hoping for guidance or reassurance. Unfortunately, the response was disappointing. They emphasized that the hotel is independently owned and operated and suggested contacting the hotel directly. For a brand that puts its name on the property, it was discouraging to see so little ownership of a privacy concern. Overall The hotel itself delivered a decent stay—clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. "
