"Great hotel with authentic character and charm. This is a historical property so don't expect the latest amenities, but the staff were very friendly and served a great breakfast. I look forward to staying at the Spencer House again."

We loved our stay at the Addison. There were so many little personal touches; happy hour, bathroom amenities, etc. the property itself is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t have been more wonderful. The breakfast is included and was delicious. We are already planning our return visit, as well as looking into other properties!

This is a wonderful restoration of a 1905 home. The staff is awesome and makes the stay really enjoyable. The floors creek but the bed is comfortable and the breakfasts gourmet quality. Bikes are available, there is a pool and hot tub, plenty of parking. It is a wonderful escape from the standard hotels. We loved it. And we met a lot of really nice visitors as well. Great place that we will return to.

David and Julie are consummate hosts! I altered my departure plans because I didn't want to miss one of Julie's breakfasts! Our room was magnificent, clean and so comfortable. They were very attentive but super cool and laid back at the same time. The house itself is a gem. Location is perfect and the pool is the cherry on the sundae! We can't wait to return!

Communication by the owners/management was great! Even a late night question about parking was answered immediately. Place was clean, steps from the beach and perfect for a weekend getaway!

After extensive research, we choose the Williams House in Fernandina Beach and stayed for one week, January 15 thru 22, 2017. Since this was our first experience of B&B, we were somewhat apprehensive before arriving there. But our worry promptly vanished and enjoyed an exotic atmosphere and wonderful treatment which were clearly much different from the regular hotels.

We had a truly wonderful time during our three day stay. The staff was always there and always helpful. The happy hour was so much fun. We met so many people and had so many wonderful conversations on that "happy hour" deck overlooking the ocean. The staff was always there to meet your every need - and the unlimited, complamentry beer/wine/snacks during happy hour was way beyond expectations.
The only negative thing in the entire stay was the bed. I think the matress came over on the Mayflower....

The grounds and lobby were very nice. I have stayed at a lot of hotels that start out this way and them the rooms do not measure up. This WAS NOT the case here. We opened the door to an immediate wow factor. The layout was great and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable but most importantly...QUIET!!! Unlike other hotels, there was no noise from other rooms and minimal noise from the hallway. The breakfast selection was vast and very good. I WOULD SUGGEST THIS...

I love Home2 Suites. Lots of room and the kitchenettes are always well stocked with supplies. A nice way to say extra money.
Breakfast is always a great start to your day.

Very quiet. Room was perfect. Towels lux! BUT...I wish the staff (not kitchen) was more visible. I found myself hunting them. Breakfast was wonderful. Continental and eggs cooked to order and delish. They can also accommodate you if you arrive after 8 pm food wise. It's absolutely beautiful. Many rooms to choose from. Lovely living room and wrap around porch. Perfect if spending the day at Cumberland Island and you don't want to drive home. They can also pack you a lunch to take with...

I absolutely loved our stay! It was above and beyond our expectations!! I wasn’t sure how it would be but I can honestly say I would stay here every time I visit Amelia Island! It was so clean, comfortable and very nice! They provided everything you could possibly need with toiletries and gave us a gift of water bottles and travel info upon arrival. I loved this hotel, it was our first time to Amelia Island. We have two small kids, ages 5 and 2. Everyone had a blast. Property is awesome. As always the customer service at a Ritz Carlton is above and beyond. The location is great, short drive or uber ride in to downtown. Beach feels secluded. I gave the hotel 5 stars, but there is a couple of things that I thought could be improved or changed. First, as expected there was a resort fee, but there was an additional charge for umbrellas on the...

This was a lovely little bed and breakfast in downtown St. Mary's - just steps from where you catch the ferry for Cumberland Island. The staff was lovely and made us feel welcome for our brief stay. They do make up a special breakfast in the morning, something different each day, so tell them if you have special dietary restrictions. I felt bad that I had not told them I was vegan, but my travelling companions thoroughly enjoyed the sausage egg casserole and yogurt with fresh fruit, and they...
