「Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.」

Internet room door was severely damaged it looked like it was broken into. I would say this hotel is a good choice if you are not looking to swim. 「The room was advertised as "ocean view" and if you squinted, the ocean was just barely visible in-between several other buildings. This property is a couple of blocks from the beach, and our "ocean view" was actually a pool view, which is not what we wanted. That said, the staff was excellent. The food was pretty much from the freezer to the microwave, so I would advise eating out. Lots of good restaurants nearby. 」

No covering of bathroom window so large light shined in all night and also someone could just stand there and see in bathroom or full room if door was open. 「Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good location as you could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a lot of options. My only room complaint was that the bathroom needs to be updated soon. Some of the floor trim was broken and there was rust on the shower. They also coulld use more parking. They were residing so a few spots were blocked off and I had to park across the street many times.」
