「Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.」

No covering of bathroom window so large light shined in all night and also someone could just stand there and see in bathroom or full room if door was open. The place was not worth $20 a night, let alone what they charged. I immediately cancelled my second night and would recommend anywhere but here. 「Staff was welcoming to pets but Expedia showed that the charge per pet was $25 and they charged me $50. Bathroom sick's plug wasn't working and upstairs neighbors must have been jumping on their beds. Breakfast is only coffee and breakfast bars. Bed was nice, room was clean, shower was good.」

「If you are booking the Surf and Sand for the free hot breakfast, don’t bother. There is a limited selection and when we went this morning the bagels, bread, and croissants were completely wiped out with no replenishment. Other than that, the hotel is very well located being close to the beach, 2 restaurants within walking distance and a short ride into town.」

「Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good location as you could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a lot of options. My only room complaint was that the bathroom needs to be updated soon. Some of the floor trim was broken and there was rust on the shower. They also coulld use more parking. They were residing so a few spots were blocked off and I had to park across the street many times.」
