「Nice hotel」

「Déplus aire climatisé qui ne fonctionnait pas bien il fessait beaucoup chaud dans la chambre.」

「No contó con estacionamiento」

「前台入住非常快捷 酒店设施（尤其是卫生间干净整洁）一般 但是隔音极差 门外走动的人会让房间地板跟着一起抖动」

「A friendly and helpful staff made my stay there most excellent. I would have preferred a genuine brass room key. And one for the front door as well. But that's the modern world I guess. In any case the hotel was very nice and I love the neighborhood.」

「We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!」

「Charged more doesn’t worth」

「這是間不到30年的公寓旅館，老闆很親切，很熱情，像家裡的長輩管家。房客有任何要求，都會盡力滿足房客。像我要趕飛機到機場，前一個房客三點三十分出發到機場，我則4時五十分出發，老闆好像都在迎賓櫃台，跟您說聲歡迎再來住，很好的服務品質。」

「Expedia charged me on my Discover card when I booked. Hotel Arena Palace charged me when I checked in on my VISA. It is double charge. When I checked out I left notes to Hotel Owner/manager to complain double charge. I ask "Please refund me." 」

「Correct est le mot qui décrit le mieux. La chambre était correct, le petit déjeuner était correct. Ce qui m’a dérangé c’est l’humidité dans ma chambre. C’était vraiment humide.」

「Experience was good very good. Staff were very helpful when we asked for table fan. They gaves sugestions of local restarunts. Breakfast was decent, my kid enjyed them. They gave 1 hour extension too. This is very very close (2 minutes drive) to cosmo place in laval and centropolis mall. Smal Kitchen helps cook baby food and tv had lot of options. Plenty parking.」

「Booked , was not able to stay due to no dogs . Said on Expedia said dog friendly ! Didn’t check in and they still charged me for the night , had option pay now or pay when checked in . I requested pay when checking in . Lady at front desk said I wouldn’t be charged . Stayed at another hotel , checked my card 1/2 hour later and she charged my card !!!」
