Hotel Bonaventure Montreal
"Room shower would not get hot enough even after being told to run the water for 10 minutes. I had to shower in a friend's room. Room service never came. Pool was packed all the time. However, they did comp another meal we had. Staff was very nice and accommodating especially the cleaning staff."

"For the price, you get what you get! A place to sleep but that’s it - only 16 parking spots and it’s first come first serve. No restaurant or food"

"Staff is great. Rooms could use a bit of upgrade but the bedding and pillows are amazingly comfortable. The bar and bar staff/bartender, Dimitri were excellent. Pricey as most things in downtown."

Hotel Universel Montreal
"En général c’est propre. C’est au niveau de l’odeur de la chambre qui laisse à désirer. On dirait que c’est le tapis ou les rideaux que ne sentaient pas bon. Sinon l’accueil et le lieu, rien à dire, c’était très bien."
