"Hotel not nearly as nice as reprensented. I paid what I thought was a nice little hotel, not fancy buy decent..and ended up at a cheap motel like. Rooms are very average. The furniture is old. They put a double mattress on a queen bed base. The AC is incredibly noisy. Weird noises and smells comes ..."

"Their parking garage came down on our front end of the truck and then they said there was no manager there and now it’s been nothing but a fight to get the money they owe me. Have to make police report and everything."

"Front desk and bell staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, fresh towels provided each day of our stay, and beds were comfy. Location of hotel is perfect - central to different venues, within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Loved the pool and well-equipped gym on the 11th floor with a great view of Montreal! Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. Location was terrific and a quick walk to the Metro and Gare Centrale. Looking forward to going back the next time we're in Montreal."
