"Our previous stay at this hotel was in the new building (which is separate from the old one) and we were satisfied as we enjoyed a quiet night. This time, our room was in the 'old' (main) building. The dirty ripped old rugs, a broken door to the parking lot, missing paint on doors, small spots of rust in the bath, a defective faucet, etc. attest to the incipient decrepitude of this building.
